New Patients

Chiropractic & Wellness Patients:

During your first visit at RevitaLife Center: Chiropractic & Wellness, Dr. Pham will review your health history and ask additional questions designed to help determine the nature of your condition. In addition, a careful spinal and neurological examination will be performed to detect any structural abnormalities which may be affecting or causing your condition.

After these elements have been completed, Dr. Pham will discuss her findings with you and confirm that chiropractic care is right for you. After you have had a chance to ask questions, you will be treated that same day. In addition to being adjusted, other therapies such as muscle work, ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, acupuncture and hot/cold therapy may be performed in order to compliment the adjustments. The initial visit typically last 45 minutes – 1 hour*.

*After the initial visit, a normal visit will take 30-45 minutes depending on treatment plan.


Massage Therapy Clients:

During your first visit with one of RevitaLife Center: Chiropractic & Wellness' massage therapists, your initial questionnaire will be reviewed and additional questions will be asked to identify what your relaxation or health goals are. We will accommodate all comfort levels to ensure that your massage therapy session will of most benefit and relaxation to you.
