We understand that many of our patients are new to acupuncture, and we’re here to guide you through the entire process. When you arrive for your session, Dr. Linda will discuss your health concerns and ask follow-up questions to tailor the session to your needs.

If you're feeling nervous or uncertain, don’t worry! Just let us know. We’ll walk you through what you can expect and help you feel comfortable. During the session, Dr. Linda will gently apply small, sterile, single-use needles into specific acupuncture points. The sensation is often mild, and many patients find it relaxing.

Once the needles are in place, you’ll rest for about 30-45 minutes. This is a quiet, peaceful time where many patients fall into a deep, calming meditative state or even drift off to sleep. At the end of your session, Dr. Linda will remove the needles and answer any questions you may have. A personalized treatment plan will be reviewed, which will include both further session options and lifestyle recommendations to support your ongoing healing journey.
